I was very impressed with the quality and friendliness of everyone I came into contact with at CIA. I was always disappointed to be the first person to walk dirt onto the carpet each morning they were so clean! Only feedback from me is 100% positive. We'll be in touch for future events.
“I had the pleasure of working with Fiona over two large events during my time at the University of Melbourne. I only have great things to report of her work as a supplier. She is thorough, professional, personable and extremely organised in her service delivery. I would not hesitate to work with CIA again.”
“We exhibited at the RSVP Melbourne exhibition and found CIA cleaning to be very professional and all the staff we encountered were a pleasure to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending your services to our clients. Look forward to dealing with you in the future.”
“I was very impressed with your company. Last year we did a similar function at this venue, and the cleaning was not up to standard. Your company made my work a lot easier on the night, as our kitchens were able to be kept clean. Even to the point where at one stage we needed to run with some cream to the next kitchen and one of my waiters dropped some cream on the ground behind the kitchen, and was immediately met with a cleaner to spot mop it up. This level of service kept the venue running smoothly, and my kitchens operating safely.”
“The CIA always operate with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in their service delivery rarely seen by cleaning companies. They deliver a turn- key solution by offering to manage all elements of the project without you feeling the need to be chasing them to check all is under control. The work undertaken at Royal Exhibition Building is very challenging due to the age and size of the World Heritage Building and the unique complexities of staging different events. The CIA team have consistently exceeded our expectations.”
